The Hibiki 17 Year Old Blended Whisky is made from a combination of malt whiskies from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries, as well as grain whisky from the Chita distillery. Chita, on the other hand, is traditionally used as the “dashi” or broth that enhances Suntory blends.

The aging process of 17 years imparts a depth of flavor and complexity that appeals to connoisseurs, making it a highly desirable whisky.
