The design of the D-Link DWR-978 5G Router is not going to be for everyone and the band has clearly tried to set this solution apart from more home user markets and towards something more business’y – and in that it mostly succeeds. It is noticeably larger than many other SIM routers on the market (arriving at 234.5 x 245 x 55.25 mm), but this extra physical coverage is largely down to those 4 internal antennae and two external antennae, so it’s hardly surprising that it is hitting this kind of scale.
