With that culinary pedigree it's perhaps no surprise that he also found his way into the world of wine - after all, if you're creating excellent food, you want to pair it with the perfect drink. Created by two experts in their field who are renowned for their attention to detail and the quality of their palates the currently three-strong range is vegan friendly and explores some of Italy’s most loved regions.
