You will fall in love with this scent as soon as you smell it and you will start to crave the aroma, smells incredible and very relaxing. I think it's a beautiful non offensive scent and some might think it's nothing special but it's really well done and instantly in my favourites and makes others citrus based fragrances in my collection obsolete. That being said, if you want to smell clean and fresh there are few better alternatives in the designer realm.

Bleu de Chanels have not always agreed with my skin, with the EDT being too sharp and the EDP frankly smelling like eating a banana in a men's locker room full of fresh urinal cakes. This is one of my top 3 men's fragrances of all time along with Naxos by Xerjoff and Oud Wood by Tom Ford. I love the more woody and mature character, the first day I wore it I felt so damn confident at the office. I am not the freshy type of guy, but this one, the parfum, this is a perfect masculine scent for every occasion. I haven't even worn it that much and I don't spray more than 5 sprays MAX, but I'm at almost half because it sprays out so damn much with one spray.I’d avoid this one in high heat just due to it being heavier and sweeter than the lighter concentrations. Its composition reveals the spirit of a man who chooses his own destiny with independence and determination. This stuff unfailingly does what I pay for fragrances to do - it makes me smell of it all day long, and it does so with strength and consistency. The aromatic-woody notes of BLEU DE CHANEL find expression in a full range of shaving and body products. The versatility and mass appeal are through the roof, I tend to wear this in the evenings but it could easily be pulled off on a summer day.

It's a work of art and smells so heavenly I want to wear it all the time even when I have no where to go. The more subtle but noticeable notes such as mint and tonka bean add up to really build the fullness of this fragrance. It’s deceiving in the respect that while it doesn’t seem bold, it lingers in the air wherever you go.I've only been into fragrances less than a month and I've smelled and skin tested over 20 perfumes ranging from cheapies to exclusives. For me this sits pretty close to my skin as a parfum is supposed to, but nonetheless it is one gorgeous scent. It's a nice fragrance, but tbh I find it soooo generic, so common, probably due to the fact that I smelled this DNA a lot. All versions of BDC have Citrus notes but the parfum has a softer sweeter citrus compared to the sharp fresh citrus in the other 2 versions. BLEU DE CHANEL offers a full line of shaving and body products for an intensified scent throughout the day.

Longevity is good (7-8 hours at least), but projection intimate (bear in mind that something being a Parfum doesn't necessarily mean stronger projection). For a more intense fragrance experience, the parfum expresses its full richness when sprayed directly on the skin where it is warmest (neck and wrists).I know this one costs pretty high, but it has no inferiority to my other high quality and niche scents. The Parfum offers a more dense and stable profile, so it will appear more elegantly smooth, sweet and charismatic, while the EDT is fresher, louder, and sharper, perhaps a bit more youthful (although both can easily be worn by anyone 20+).
