About this deal

It’s mild on the nose, light on hop bitterness, with some faint notes of grain and the rice used in the brewing process, a part of the brand's long-standing tradition. Crisp citrus bitterness when we taste, more grapefruit than orange I'd say, with an earthy background. The taste is sweet and grainy with an unexpected mild to moderate grassy hop bitterness but a kind of herbal flatness in the mix too. The beer was developed with NBA legend Dwyane Wade, who wanted to create a beer that athletes could enjoy while training or in season.

Known as "The King of Beers," Budweiser was first introduced by Adolphus Busch in 1876 and it's still brewed with the same high standards today and stands as an icon of core American values like optimism and celebration. Budweiser Zero, zero alcohol, zero sugar and only 46 calories, with the same iconic taste of Budweiser. But it’s not a patch on other low-cost non-alcoholic lagers like Free Damm or even AB-InBev’s own Stella Artois Alcohol-Free and Beck’s Blue. Other non-essential cookies are used to track visits anonymously and collect information for making reports.

Dwyane helped design the core attributes of the product, including the packaging, and will be involved in future advertising tied to the product. The use of rice in brewing is used to get a cleaner and more refreshing texture in beer This is particularly important in Budweiser Zero, as it aims to provide a refreshing experience while keeping the calorie count low.

However, Budweiser will be cautious to burn its bridges with the governing body, as the 2026 US tournament will be highly prized.
