You can listen to it FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD on the BBC page or (possibly more reliably) through the BBC sounds app. A suitably creepy note is added when it develops that the people struck by the sleeping sickness do more than just sleep.While I found the e-print version almost sparse and very straightforward, lacking the magic of Instructions or MirrorMask, this was far more wonderful, adding some twinkle back to the narrative.
