The kit will make three 700ml bottles of homemade gin, one classic, one spicy and one floral in just 24 hours. In fact, I ended up re-steeping this gin with more juniper, peppercorn, and orange peel to even out the flavors.

Craft a bespoke bottle of gin that’s tailored to your taste, with an Adnams Make Your Own Gin experience. You’ll create a label for your bottle of gin (70 cl) and the final step is to apply the red wax to seal it.

The City of London coat of arms on our products is used under special agreement with the City of London Corporation and is not to be used by third parties. If you haven’t done this step beforehand, you can bake them in the oven on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-30 minutes at 200˚ F.
