About this deal

Where do I begin? The novel is so well adapted to the big screen, the writing, the characters, sets, costumes… all of it it’s just wonderful and loyal to the original series. The BSD world has come to life with this film and I love it! The acting and fight scenes were on point, and I enjoyed the cinematography, although the tight budget for the visual effects was pretty obvious. However, they still managed to do a decent job. I know isn't cheap to make a movie where almost all your characters have supernatural powers, so I have to give them extra points for the effort! In the past, Chūya struggled greatly with his identity and place in humanity. His connection to Arahabaki ended in him questioning how human he truly was, worsened by not knowing the truth behind why he was freed from the government's possession in the first place. While his strength lies in his ability, the awareness of a god's effects on him left him feeling as though he wouldn't feel worried nor fear in a fight, knowing he'd most likely win without a scratch. He attributed this to being - in his mind - inhuman, and thus unable to understand the depth of such emotions. Osamu Dazai succeeds Mori as the Port Mafia's boss. Dazai is much grimmer, although he still holds his dark, sardonic sense of humor at the worst of times. Dazai made many enemies, but the Mafia's influence spans even greater than Mori's influence during his leadership. Using No Longer Human, he triggered a singularity and forcibly connected the division between the his world and the original world, which makes him able to read the memories of his original counterpart. Protecting the Book is his main priority, aware that it is the only world Oda lives in and achieves his goal of becoming an author. The cast did a wonderful job as well, reprising their roles from the stages plays. Although I missed Tawada Hideya as Dazai, I have to admit that Tabuchi Rui was amazing on the role! Oh my, he definitely has those crazy vibes from Dazai! XD

If you like this manga, you might like...

Arahabaki is an ancient Japanese god shrouded in mystery, its origins and historical relevance drenched with unreliable, scattered accounts. One theory considered it a sort of "guest god", on or lower a level of power of the main of a shrine it manifests in. [13] The February issue of Kadokawa's Monthly Shōnen Ace revealed on Friday that Shiwasu Hoshikawa's Bungo Stray Dogs: Beast spinoff manga based on Asagiri's light novel of the same name will end in the magazine's next issue in January. The plot never fails to entertain you and it almost feels like you are part of the story (a little spoiler, we actually are xd). Also, I would have liked to see more scenes with Ranpo and Chuuya, they didn’t have enough screen time and it’s such a shame cause they are one of the best characters! With Akutagawa at his limits, the man invites him to a rematch in the future. Until then, he declares that he shall hold on to Akutagawa's younger sister.

Ryūnosuke Akutagawa's personality, while still intense and ill-tempered, has not been bred to be as homicidal or impatient. He is still largely himself but exercises a great deal of self-control not seen in the main universe. This Akutagawa succeeded in killing the men who killed the orphans he interacted with and was refused by Dazai to join the Port Mafia. In the Armed Detective Agency, his main goal is to find and retrieve his younger sister from the Mafia. Kanaineko's Bungo Stray Dogs Wan! (Bungo Stray Dogs Ruff!) spinoff manga inspired a television anime that premiered in January. Crunchyroll and Funimation streamed the anime as it aired in Japan. Sakunosuke Oda survives the war against Mimic, as he was not present during its main events, and works in the Armed Detective Agency, acting somewhat as a mentor for Akutagawa after finding him starving to death by a riverbank. The orphans from the Dragon's Head Conflict also live with him, along with ten other children. Alive and well, he is in the process of publishing his first book. His friendship with Dazai is nonexistent, having never met him, and Oda allows no friendship between them. This is the only world in which he survives. What if the Port Mafia's Hellhound, Ryunosuke Akutagawa, had joined the Armed Detective Agency? Likewise, what if Atsushi Nakajima belonged to the Port Mafia? In the parallel world of Bungo Stray Dogs: Beast, fledgling detective Akutagawa's desperate mission to rescue his younger sister from the Port Mafia's clutches brings him face-to-face with the organization's fearsome White Reaper…a.k.a. Atsushi Nakajima. What does fate have in store for the two beasts in this alternate tale of darkness versus light…? COVER Corporation Announces hololive English VTuber Gawr Gura Collaboration with Sendai Umino-Mori Aquarium Just as Chūya took his responsibility defending Sheep's well-being from their enemies, this holds true for his loyalty and devotion to Port Mafia after joining. So as reasonable as he may be, his top priority is Port Mafia's prosperity and well-being, thus nothing will stop him from fulfilling his responsibilities as an Executive even at the cost of other's lives. Fierce in his loyalties, Chūya finds betrayal intolerable and treats his subordinates quite well. After Rimbaud elaborated his own beliefs on humanity, Chūya had a bit of a change of heart, taking his own life a bit more seriously. The Sheep's betrayal affected him greatly, alongside Port Mafia's direct involvement in uncovering the truth of his origins, but ultimately led to his loyalty in them. The drive for learning more about himself contributed largely to his rise in rank, much faster than anticipated. As the clash draws to its conclusion, through a transceiver, Kunikida formally passes Akutagawa to the Agency. At a rooftop, Akutagawa spares Atsushi's life. Dazai arrives, fires Atsushi, and asks him to live in the outside world with Kyōka. Dazai then tells them of a certain Book that allows whatever written in it to become reality and is home to infinite worlds, including their current world. He ultimately reveals that he had planned for them to face and understand each other. As part of his fifth and final stage, Dazai steps off the ledge and commits suicide.

In the midst of their battle, Gin urges Akutagawa to forget her and asserts that he is born to do evil. Atsushi transforms into a white tiger, and they both fall off the Mafia headquarters. Meanwhile, Dazai cheerily converses with Oda, until Oda turns hostile at the Mafia boss. Dazai ultimately reveals that their current world is one of many worlds and that they were friends in the original world; he soon imparts his goodbye to Oda. The spinoff is inspiring the Bungo Stray Dogs the Movie: Beast live-action film, which will open in Japan on January 7.
