With Christine recently passing it’s been nice to listen to this set and appreciate all she gave to the music of Fleetwood Mac. If, on the other hand, you have just the original albums, this package may represent a smarter purchase than the earlier anthologies. For those who have listened to the original albums many times, it is a refreshing listening experience to hear these alternative versions.

I was not that interested in much of the later Fleetwood Mac output but have recently revisited their albums and I have to say this album has much more to it than I previously thought, hence the vinyl purchase. It offers no liner notes and fewer alternate versions, but it embraces the lion’s share of the most interesting such versions and costs far less than you’d spend for all the deluxe editions.
