About this deal

It might not scream your love for Pokémon quite as much as something that's bright blue and covered in images of Pikachu, but it would certainly be easier to sit and play in front of a bunch of Digimon fans. Pokémon White Edition Image: Nintendo This special GameBoy Advance SP was released in Pokémon Center New York. It is a red colour and has a Groudon embossed on the case and a small silhouette on the inside It's too much, too fast, all at once. Maybe we should have taken this as a sign of how Pokémon Scarlet and Violet would end up playing. Honourable Mentions

A return to the usual brightness of the Pokémon special edition designs, this blue model again places the X and Y legendaries front and centre. But nah, I have a favourite, the Pikachu and Eevee switch, I love the design but its more for personal reasons.

New Nintendo 2DS XL Pikachu Edition (Nintendo 3DS) Details

This special coverplate for the New Nintendo 3DS comes with Primal Groudon & Primal Kyogre embossed on it. It is semi-transparent meaning the innards of the 3DS can be seen through the base.. This special GameBoy Advance was released in the Pokémon Center in New York to commemorate its opening, later with a nationwide launch in September 2002 and was later released in Japanese Pokémon Centers. It features a special gold colour and a silhouette of Pikachu & Pichu to the side of the logo

This special Battle Trozei themed 3DS XL was given to celebrate the release of Pokémon Battle Trozei, and has decals of all the Pokémon that featured on the cover of main series games. It is exclusive to the CoroCoro Magazine and requires you to enter a contest to win it. The contest ran until April 14th 2014 and only had five units as prizesThe Nintendo 3DS XL, or Nintendo 3DS LL in Japan, was a larger model of the Nintendo 3DS. It featured a more streamlined design and stronger battery life

This eShop card was released in Pokémon Centers and TSUTAYA stores across Japan to tie in with the free-to-play title, Pokémon Rumble World. It was released to allow for people to more easily pay for the microtransactions that exist within the game. Ooo now we're onto something interesting. This Japanese exclusive does away with putting the design's titular Pokémon in the limelight and instead focuses on getting the vibe of that Pokémon down. For Eevee, that's a series of stripes that match the colour palette of any dad's wardrobe, apparently. This special Pokémon DS Lite was released in Pokémon Centers across Japan. Outside of Japan, it was released in the US at the Pokémon Center in New York on the game's launch and later in a special bundle without Pokémon Diamond & Pearl with a DVD of the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon anime and a special carry case This week's Nintendo Direct revealed that we're getting a rather snazzy new 2DS XL design based on a PokéBall, but - as is often the case - Japan is getting an exclusive model which is even better. You can rest assured that there is still a lot left on the table, many of which you might have even seen in the flesh! Nintendo 64 Pikachu N64 (Blue, Light Blue, Orange) Image: Gemma Smith / Nintendo LifeThis special Pokémon DS Lite was released via a special promotion in the Pokémon Daisuki Club. In it, people could apply to win the console which features a special Piplup print on the case. Winners of this DS Lite were very few, with only 40 of the consoles being given. 25 through the Sugoroku Pokémon Battle tournament, and 15 through the Pokémon Type de Battle This model was also customisable with many face plates being released for it allowing you to customise it with faceplates of your favourite games or game characters. It also added functionality to scan amiibo through the bottom screen There were some designs that we couldn't throw into the above list on account of them not being proper consoles in their own right, but we thought that they deserved a mention anyway.

This results in the regular 2DS having the sharper and nicer looking 2D-picture (not because of being smaller) This special Cocoon of Destruction themed 3DS XL was given at via a raffle at the Denny's & Famil Restaurants in Japan. From July 15th 2014 to August 25th 2014, if you spend over 1,000¥ in the restaurants, you will be entered into a special raffle to win one of 10 of these units. This pink model was also released exclusively in Japan which we understand because we can't help but think that this thing would have flown off the shelves if it was available worldwide. This special model of the New Nintendo 3DS is to be released in Japan to celebrate the release of Pokémon Sun & Pokémon Moon.
