Cihuatán Indigo is an 8-year-old rum, produced in El Salvador by the Licorera Cihuatán distillery, with an ABV of 40%. The nose of this classical Don Papa is very fruity, dominated by notes of mandarin orange, complemented by apricot, raspberry and green banana. The only distillery in the country, it has mastered the manufacturing of its rum which it produces from local raw materials which express all the richness and complexity of the landscape.
