Cihuatán Indigo is an 8-year-old rum, produced in El Salvador by the Licorera Cihuatán distillery, with an ABV of 40%. The nose of this classical Don Papa is very fruity, dominated by notes of mandarin orange, complemented by apricot, raspberry and green banana. The only distillery in the country, it has mastered the manufacturing of its rum which it produces from local raw materials which express all the richness and complexity of the landscape. From El Salvador comes the Cihuatan Indigo Rum which has been aged for a minimum of 8 years inside American Oak ex-bourbon barrels.From the Cihuatan valley in El Salvador come the closely guarded secrets and legends which are now revealed through the aged Indigo rum to those curious spirits with a thirst to explore.
