About this deal

The thing is that Joey has so much on his plate since a young age that he physically can't be even half as single-mindedly obsessed with Aoife as he should be to be able to match the levels of Aoife's love, devotion and loyalty for him. His attention span and his time are very limited due to his home situation and at times I felt like Aoife would never make it to the top on his list of priorities meanwhile in case of Aoife he seems to be her ONE and ONLY priority. I think CW has a beautiful writing style. But a LOT of J & A was repetitive and i think she meant for it to be this very meaningful and like angsty scenes between them. But it was just the same thing over & over again. They became so boring as a couple. I really hated Darren in this book. It’s so hard to sympathise when he acts the way he does. What he did to Aoife was unforgivable offering to pay for an abortion cause he knows her family doesn’t have a lot of money when it’s clear she and Joey wants the baby.

there was also the time joey had to defend shannon and he showed up at aoife’s house with a bruised face… Resist Photoshop deal: Allowing Adobe to buy Figma puts UK's digital design industry at risk, says ALEX BRUMMERIrrevocable life changing circumstances, unexpected additions, new schools, and healing hearts all come together in Redeeming 6, the explosive finale for Ballylaggin’s hotheaded lovers.

I’m so freakin nervous about the next book. I’m scared of how the whole Hughie/Lizzie situation is gonna work out (Katie is such a sweet person ugh), but I’m sure that CW would make it work in such a devastating way. I need to have faith. like i love aoife, especially in b/k13 but why was her character set up to be slandered in her own book 😭 i also desperately needed that aoifeshannon close bond bc them two would’ve been unstoppable 💅🏼 Why was Joey being blamed for Aoife being pregnant. Anything they did intimately was consented to by both. It’s illogical for him to get the blame was anyone else disappointed over the gender of their baby or was that just me. like it felt evil hasnt that man been through enough already 😭note: we’re all entitled to our own opinions, so don’t even think about being a bitch about mine 🫶🏻 Once you've switched savings accounts, don't rest on your laurels. Again, most of the problems were regarding the structure/pace and that couldn’t have been easily solved due to the restrictions of the timeline. I’d even argue that the pregnancy trope was an unnecessary added drama to an already crowded tragedy, but that wasn’t something the author could have changed. However, I think it could have been partially solved if the majority of the story happened after K13, instead of just the 20%, giving the author more room to give new content and a more satisfying happily ever after. He is the second eldest out of all the Lynch Siblings, his brothers being Darren, Tadhg, Ollie, and Sean, and his sister, Shannon. I understood that Shannon was in a bad way, Nanny had told me that she had a collapsed lung, but Joey was hurt, too, dammit. It made me wonder whether Joey would still choose to be in Aoife's life if her boyfriend didn't show his toxic asshole tendencies. Would have Joey just gritted his teeth and let Aoife go, wishing her happiness, if her boyfriend was a decent human being? The thought makes me uncomfortable. 🌚 All in all Aoife Molley pls marry me! Chloe Walsh couldn’t write a better heroine .. SHE IS PERFECT. i loved gibsie in r6, he was hilarious (as always), but i also loved how we got to see another side of him - how helpful he was.

It makes absolutely no sense for Joey to have a baby on the way. He's been through so much, and to be frank, that ending that he got was so unbelievably heartbreaking. That's not a HEA, that's just him being put into another situation that he never truly got the choice to be in. It's the way he said he would rather lay on the highway than have a baby 🤩. It feels like such a cop-out of a way to force his character to become better, and was so unbelievably unfair to him as a person. Saving 6 is a perfect title for this book: it encapsulates and encompasses its essence because the story's basically about Aoife saving Joey. Chasing after him. Making the first steps. Catering to his needs. Giving him the trust, support and love he is so tragically depraved of. Being there for him. Honestly Tadgh was my favorite side character in this whole book. He is a comedian and gave this book a much needed comic relief. Where is the petition to give him his own book he is already so hot and confident and he is only like 10. 🤣 Not to mention that the drama with Paul didn't serve what it was supposed to serve, in my humble opinion ——>
