There has been a long debate throughout history whether Jaffa Cakes are classified as a biscuit or cake. So much so that it was part of a VAT tribunal in 1991, with the court finding in McVitie's favour that the Jaffa Cakes should be considered a cake for tax purposes. The white chocolate was creamy, milky and was akin to how Milky Bar buttons used to taste. These little balls seemed more uniformed than the other nibbles and were the perfect size to easily devour. The biscuit inners were as expected and as a whole not as sweet as I had expected which is a total bonus. As a whole these are little morsels of wonderfulness and I am more than happy to indulge in Christmas a little earlier when these are involved.
