About this deal

This is a great first solo class for kids without the help of their parent with the comfort of mom or dad watching the entire time in our open concept studio – hugs during class happen often! One day, when Ella loses one of her slippers, Madame Rosa lends her another pair for dancing―and is then reminded of Cinderella and her story of the lost slipper.

Each week, our journey introduces us to a new friend and during our exciting story we will help the character through a challenge.

This non-stop action class provides just the right amount of a physical workout and mindfulness, often incorporating 20-30 poses. Discover a world of fairytale toymakers and dancing dolls in in this beautiful introduction to classic ballet, La Boutique Fantastique. Bella Buddhi classes are a fantastic way to explore common issues such as communication, bullying, acceptance, frustration, anxiety and honesty by integrating yoga postures into exciting adventures like trips through the jungle, exploring a sunken sea ship, journeys around the world and even a magic carpet ride! We’ll also focus on fine motor skills as well as developing their rhythmic awareness through jazz and tap.

Ella Bella Ballerina and the Nutcracker: can Ella Bella help the Nutcracker to defeat his arch enemy, the wicked Mouse King Join Ella Bella Ballerina as she twirls into the enchanting world of The Nutcracker ballet with its magical dancing snowflakes. Classes will feature training on dancing, acting and singing - the perfect way to harness all of that energy into mini-scripts, musical theatre style dance and song, stage direction, verbal exercises, super fun theater games. Three weeks ago, I was tired of reading the same story and suggested we go to the library to pick out a new book. She believes that education, positive role models, hard work, and promoting the arts are crucial components to creating a better world in which children’s healthy development, friendship, and kindness prevail.Whatever storybook dreams they chase, they will develop confidence, coordination, creativity and learn about their bodies as they learn to dance through storybook themes. This class focuses on structure and prepares the dancers for transitioning into a “grown up” studio while still keeping it light and fun.

The 2nd book in the delightful Ella Bella Ballerina series will transport you to the magical world of Cinderella in this enchanting re-imagination of the classic fairy tale. Listening to the music from Prokofiev's ballet, she suddenly finds herself encountering Cinderella's fairy godmother, as well as the Fairies of the Four Seasons, and getting involved in Cinderella's visit to the Prince's ball. That said, they are less focused on actually learning to be a ballet dancer, as the children in Madame Rosa's class seem never to practice different positions, as beginners would do, but rather, flit around to the music of whatever ballet is the subject of that book. But will she be able to help the Lilac Fairy save Sleeping Beauty from the bad fairy’s wicked spell? This beautiful book's final page describes the ballet Cinderella, with music by the great Russian composer, Sergei Prokofiev.Watch your little one glow and giggle with delight as storybook adventures come to life on the dance floor! Beautifully illustrated and perfectly pitched for a young audience and all would-be prima ballerinas, and a wonderful very first introduction to the stories of the ballet and Shakespeare. For stories about young people actually learning ballet, I'd recommend the Tallulah books - Tallulah's Tutu, Tallulah's Solo, etc. At first she struggled to perform some of the dance moves but with dedication, practicing and support she was able to achieve her goals.

Ella Bella longs to be a beautiful ballerina, and so each week she goes to Madame Rosa’s ballet class at the old theatre. He has also created designs and illustrations for the Kirov Mariinsky Opera of St Petersburg and in 1994 won the New York Times award for one of the ten best illustrated books on the year (The Boy and The Cloth of Dreams). Our boppers begin to learn about dance while developing fine and gross motor skills, as well as a cultivation of rhythmic awareness through jazz and tap. As with the other titles in this series that I have read, Ella Bella Ballerina and Cinderella pairs an engaging text, one in which the young heroine gets to experience a world-famous ballet firsthand, with colorful, appealing illustrations.A lovely whimsical story about a young ballet student discovering the Cinderella story as it was written for the famous orchestral music and famous ballet.
