This helps keep the entirety of your container covered and protected whilst in transport or storage. Our woven IBC covers are designed to more fully protect your intermediate bulk container, covering it almost entirely.

Manufactured by Kuhlmann this insulated deluxe IBC cover has an integrated flap to allow easy access to the lid without removing the whole cover. IBCs are generally quite secure, so the main threat to your product is the dirt, dust and moisture that can get through small openings. The woven polyethylene used in the manufacturing of the IBC cover won’t be damaged by any of the weather conditions it faces, making it long-lasting and durable. For convenience, all single skin and bunded plastic oil tanks up to and including 2500 litres in capacity are delivered on a vehicle with a tail lift to allow easy offloading at the kerbside.

One of the most practical and useful features of our UV IBC covers is that they come with flaps so that you can easily access your IBC openings while in use – you don’t need to remove the cover to access the IBC’s contents, meaning that your product can remain safely protected from UV light all the time.

The IBC cover is designed in a sizing that makes it possible to have an IBC Container Heater attached to the container underneath the cover, which makes it possible to safely heat contents in. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. IBC Covers are designed to insulate and maintain the temperature inside an intermediate bulk container or to control the contents temperature on a standard pallet. These can be used to connect your IBC to a BSP (male or female), camlock, garden tap, hose tail or buttress thread adapter.
