My friends who know I have the scar, thought I had plastic surgery, when they first notice my scar was “gone”. Eventually, I did retrieve the Dermaflage starter kit I had discarded a year back and decided to give it another try. I have not tried this but I’ve been told you can apply powder on top but be careful not to do much or it will look fake. Apply the Scar Removal Cream onto clean skin by massaging into the scar in the morning and in the evening. There are two issues I can’t resolve so I just except them: the little patch of product has an undesirable bit of shine, and because I have trouble applying makeup to the patch perimeter, getting makeup on the patch makes it obvious.

You usually need less filler than you think and use the pad to smooth the filler into place for at least 2 minutes. The concealer will change from a honey like consistency to a soft thin layer that stays in place all day. Make sure you get the right colour match for your skin and follow the instructions on how to apply it. I consulted with doctors to find any procedure that can help “fix” it, but nothing was promised, in fact there were more risks and nothing was guaranteed. I have this deep scar on the edge of my nostril that is very noticeable and makes it look misshapen.

Learning how to apply the filler takes practice and patience, so you will have to experiment to figure out a technique that works for you and your particular scar. If there is continued trouble with the silicone sticking to the pad, wash the pad with warm water and let it hang dry before usage. After a few tries you will achieve perfection I promise and it stays on even when I’m swimming ,exercising {sweating} but the key is to use the extended wear primer,it really works!
