About this deal

this seems a good design, but the older silverstone milo ml08 has a bit more usability, even if a bit less cooling capacity.

Perhaps the results could have been better with slim fans (akasa 15mm, gelid 120mm slim or scythe 120mm slim) as there was almost no space between the fans and GPU, but I highly doubt it. There's enough space in it for a large water cooling thingy on the front, and they've put SSD mounts on most flat surfaces. This new incarnation optionally features our solid, sturdy and surprisingly quiet Anode SFX PSU with UltraFlex cables to make your build experience even smoother. The sleek design makes it very attractive next to the TV in the living room or on your desk in the office. theduckofdeath - Tuesday, June 7, 2016 - link I have a Cooler Master Silencio 352, which I guess squeezes right in below that today. The Node 202 ships with a multi-language user guide, a power cord, and an accessory box inside containing the necessary riser cards to install a video card, a handful of zip-ties, screws for mounting the motherboard and two 2. meacupla - Monday, June 6, 2016 - link I'm pretty sure ML08/RVZ02 has ever-so-slightly better cooling capacity than Node 202.

You can’t see it now, but behind the cloth mesh is a subtle white Power LED that is shaped like a regtangle, I’ll share that picture a little later in the article. The unexpected thing is that Fractal Design is aiming the Node 202 at the general PC market and states it ‘can house a capable gaming build. Air will be drawn into the heatsink from the vented slot and from the empty fan placement and blown out.

After the installation, as we can see the radiator height is truly 40mm and a fan should fit no problem.

I have the ML08 and the dust filters cause a lot of heat to be trapped (easily +5c on a GTX960), but removing them allows the components to be cooled to reasonable levels, considering size constraints. It comes in two variants - with or without the Fractal Design 450W 80Plus Bronze SFX PSU pre-installed. There is also the fact that the tested SilverStone chassis had no dust filter whereas the Fractal one does, but going by the CPU results this shouldn't make this big a difference.
