Kelo-cote is a patented topical silicone gel for the management and prevention of abnormal scars in the form of hypertrophic scars and keloids.

KELO-COTE® Formula Scar Gel is a silicone gel for the management, prevention and reduction of scars. Applying medications on top of Kelo-cote will have no effect because, by design, it will not be able to pass through the Kelo-cote membrane. I continued using it after each post-surgery massage and my swelling reduced very quickly and bruising was pretty much gone within a week.

Kelo-Cote Scar Treatment is intended to treat both new and old (up to 4 years old) hypertrophic and keloid scars brought on by trauma, burns, wounds, and general surgical procedures.
