I love that he’s not tried to package this as self help or advice, but has just written about himself and his own experiences and let people interpret whatever the fuck they like from that. I’ve followed Nat for years on social media, he delivered the laughs then, and he’s done the same now. The underlying messages of being kind to yourself and others, looking after your mental health and embracing your individuality make this a worthwhile read. Ya see, Nat's got a loud mouth and a taste for taking the piss out of stuff—it's how he lives, laughs, and loves. I highly recommend the audiobook, I laughed out loud several times - if you like Nat's videos, you'll like the audiobook.Overall a very good quality service from this seller and I would not hesitate to recommend this seller. Like most everybody, I first found Nat's What I Reckon during the first year of the pandemic (isn't it kinda scary that we can measure it in multiple years now? It properly made me laugh out loud and at the same time had me nodding along with so many of Nat's takes on life. To the point, no holds barred and swearing like a trooper, this author/speaker/creator/mental health advocate wants folk out there to know it’s ok not to be ok, and to listen to those they need to and to stay away from the rest. No part of our weird world and strange behaviour is spared as our long-haired guru tells us what he reckons about it all - and amps up the flavour with some eye-watering stories from his early years before a sweary video about pasta sauce shot him to global fame.

Nat has zero qualifications as a philosopher or life coach, and he doesn't feel like becoming one anytime soon.
