Bardsung doesn’t necessarily need to be simpler, but it needs to better balance complexity with playability. The range of abilities and conditions is rather staggering, there are SO MANY cards and tokens in this box, it looks like there will always be some useful tactic and playstyle to come up with. It needs to streamline its exploration mechanics and eliminate some nonessential elements with an eye to playability.

For Bardsung, I have spent entire afternoons with friends puzzling over rulebooks, trying to figure out how to run the most basic in-game mechanics and being unable to. it refers to rules and symbols that only appear later in the rulebook, with no indication of where or why, which had us in frustration as we were wondering what we should be doing next. Bardsung is a massive table hog that simultaneously demands all the flat surfaces you can possibly muster while also allowing you and your group to open the box and hop back into the adventure within minutes.Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. These beasts are best left alone in their dark dwellings, where their monstrous strength and animal ferocity cannot be brought to bear against the unwary. We finally busted it out last night and played through the combat and exploration tutorials and it seems like it's going to be a fun dungeon crawler for sure! Because dungeons are procedurally generated (like those in a roguelike video game), no two playthroughs will be the same.
