Petrus Cherry Chocolate is a Belgian Quadruple brewed with six different varieties of malt that is blessed by the juice of the finest cherries only and has a pervasive hint of chocolate. Lambics, sour cherries (200g per litre) and the right fermentation process can produce wondrous results.
