Oh yes, the dragon is so big that is dwarfs the size of the “Dragon Mountain” or the evil dude’s lair/prison structure thingy. I really like the concept behind the design but I really wished that they had made the structure with more bricks. There are some nice parts and it is nice to see a furnished castle set, but the design is very disappointing. We get 2 keys, which I assume are used to lock up princesses, 2 vials of magic potions and a very cool bone candle, no doubt used for whatever dark arts the Evil Wizard Practices.

I thought it was so beautiful and always gave it the best spot when building a pasture or stable for the horses. But there are loads of other features as well; a wizard, a damsel in distress, a working catapult, a prison cell, a treasure, magical potions, a hidden wizard lair a dragon knight and two brave king knights. His staff is very well designed, managing to look extremely imposing – something that all Dragon Wizards should own. I think Lego Dragon just like in many Dragons series of Playmobil should become a completly additional set. That shot of the Kingdoms stronghold next to the Dragon Mountain is one of the single most convincing images I've ever seen on this site and SPEAKS VOLUMES.People often compare this theme to Kingdoms, and to illustrate my point, I shall do so as well by comparing it to 7947 Prison Tower Rescue, the Kingdoms set that involved two good guys trying to rescue a princess from two bad guys in their evil tower. For all the shortcomings of the exterior, I’m glad that they paid quite a bit of attention to the interiors. An amber flask housing a spider and a small skull, bones and a claw dangling from his belt rounds the wizard off nicely. You launch 2×2 round bricks into the air, which I’m assuming are meant to hit the dragon or the villain’s base. The fortress is a very nice set in person, its a little like the only LEGO bunker you can get and if you bought a few you could stack them and have an amazing tower.

One question is that for this Expo I need to make a display box so do you have and idea of which picture I can print and glue as a back ground? Walk up the stairs and you’re confronted with a surly henchman, guarding the princess from any would-be heroes who seek to set her free.I saw some helpful stuff on eurobricks so I will give it a whirl soon, if you have any images of your acomplishments I would love to see them. Poor footsoldier here is going to be turned into dragon BBQ shortly, but there’s always another thousand more to take his place. the Dragon totally outclasses and outsizes every thing in this set, making it look smaller than it already is. As Christmas trees are a popular place for toys to be found, Ask Toy Tech offers a brief history and pictures of the Christmas ornament tradition.
