Lastly, as much as I dislike to leave negative reviews, this has poor longevity (I've tried it to offer it a fair chance) BUT it's sillage is actually quite offensive and obnoxious imo along with being a headache inducer that I scrub off to the best of my ability. This bottle is much "cuter" and I say less "scary" than "Pink Friday", and while I do enjoy the "Pink Friday" scent. I do feel all these negative reviews are because of the bottle design, personall, I think that is unfair, you should only vote 'dislike' if you have smelled the actual fragrance. I'm so glad that I get a calming lavender surrounded by mango and a pinch of orange all snuggled up in a blanket of cream! I douse it and barely get a whiff of it on myself , it’s overall okay but I won’t repurchase and but I may try her Pink Friday perfume because the notes of that one are more my style .

Just like Nicki Minaj's other perfumes the musk is a soft musk that smells and feels like it's an idealized feminine musk like if you hugged women that's how they would smell. I don't usually get crazy compliments for the perfumes I wear, although many of them are pretty popular, but this one got a ton of compliments in the day and a half that I've worn it. The lotion is okay but it's definitely a "cheaper" kind of formula that doesn't seem to moisturize much. It's a tasty smell - like cranberry lemonade with a tiny whisper of vanilla and musk - just enough to give a bit of depth. This smells very much like one of those Escada summer scents, but one of the more tart ones, similar to say, Moonsparkle or Marine Groove.

I took 6 months to decide if I was going to get this or not, because of it smelling similar to other perfumes, but I'm still glad I did, because it's one of my new favorite perfumes, and one I wouldn't want to go without. An easy to wear, inoffensive starter perfume that would make a great gift for a teen or for yourself if you're not sure where to start. It's very similar to Viva La Juicy but I prefer Viva La Juicy more only because Minajesty has some sort of plasticky smell to it. This is the first one I bought since I've hit my 20s and I guess they've become super watered down since then.Ok, of course its not anywhere near in comparison with a heavy-weight like YSL, but something in the base that lingered on kept saying Baby doll to me all night.

The Tonka adds a real warmth to this scent, also the creaminess and sweetness that it usually brings! But I still think the lemon and intense musk might lend to the overall aroma of a nail salon it has .
