About this deal

I do have to unclog the valves quite frequently, though, so I was very keen to test the 76 Projects valves, and as I squeezed the bottle of sealant I noticed straight away how quickly and easily the sealant flowed through the valve. if using for example, a conversion plate that bridges the armrests, or a one piece armrest then that is not legal to the exact letter of the law (UCI Event Regulations – Rule 1. When testing, I loaded the Micro Piggy with bulky, heavy items - it’ll keep whatever you want in place, and I haven’t managed to work the sticky tape off. Paul Robertson, Co-owner and Designer at 76 Projects provided further insight: “We necessarily had to develop a trusted relationship with key suppliers for the manufacturing side of our business, and we wanted that to be within the UK. Includes silicone band for organising your tools and making quick switches of tools between Piggy equipped bikes.

When it gets warmer and I want to carry more fluid I can move the mount up to give the second cage more clearance.Used Mavic Ksyrium, Hunt and Roval wheels, all with Conti 5000 TLs, hassle free and never let me down. With versatile mounting placement and its low weight (22g), it's a useful addition to the bike for carrying items.

More importantly, from a manufacturing perspective large batches (250+) exhibit better than recommended tolerances and the finishes are consistent and reliable. However, the company does still use other manufacturing processes including injection moulding, extrusion 3D printing, CNC, carbon fibre layup, and also textile manufacturing where it’s deemed more suitable for strength, weight, cost, and quantity.printing also allowed us to enter the market with low financial risk, and continually fine tune the design. I was impressed with how much it can hold, the fact it can be stuck anywhere, and how well it stayed in place. In these days of tubeless tyres for bicycles and how efficient they are at stopping puncures it’s easy to forget that you you might at some point on a ride need to put an inner tube into the tyre.

Before we launch a product it undergoes rigorous testing by themselves, podium bothering racers, daily commuters, and weekend warriors. If you're forever finding yourself stuck with clogged-up tubeless valves, or you're just looking into setting up your bike with tubeless tyres, these valves are ideal. but my bag is usually full of sandwhiches, a waterproof jacket, this is the UK after all, a cafe lock and most rides a GoPro because of the UK Gravel Collective YouTube channel so there’s not much room to stuff in the afore mentioned tube etc. It’s been used in wet, cold weather and in warmer temperatures during a lot of rocky and rough riding. You can replace it, but it's not 'removable' in the usual sense, because of the way it has to be pushed through the valve and out of the outside of the rim – it can't be removed while the tyre is seated. The 3DPRINTUK costing algorithm is the best we have found on the market as it is geared not only to prototypes but also production quantities. The base platform is 40mm wide by 90mm long and it comes with a 300mm long by 40mm wide velcro strap to secure whatever you need to carry.
