I have only been using it for 5 days so no massive changes in my skin but I have taken before photos to check in a few weeks.

This scrub is really good and leaves skin feeling clean and ‘scrubbed’, but I have had no issues with redness or soreness after use. So, I literally tried every alternative out there, from big brands to L'Occitane (which was ok, but doesn't result in nearly as close a shave, even with more strokes).
