About this deal

They often come in four-packs of twenty four (or if we’re lucky, thirty six) exposures for ten or fifteen United States dollars, making these films perfect for casual and novice shooters, as well as, say, traveling casual photophiles. As I continue to shoot film and build up experience, I’m finding the more freely I shoot, the more likely it is I’ll have something in the results that I really like. An excellent film for all sorts of uses, Fujicolor C200 35mm film lends itself to a huge variety of situations. Also, explore the rest of our Film Reviews, they will give you a good guide to the different looks you can get with all the emulsions that are out there.

The first thing that I noticed after developing the first roll was the pink / magenta cast on most of the film. The Clarity storing pause is about the same amount of time as advancing to the next frame on a film camera. Interesting comparison, I’ve shot both myself (although a lot more C200 than Colorplus) and always liked the results.

C200 really seems to hate latitude and as a result if you have a contrasty image the film will either chop off the highlights or the shadows. The final scenes depicted in the fresco had not yet occurred when Brumidi began his Frieze of the United States History. We’ll send you exciting photography interviews, crazy tips and tricks, competitions giveaways, and unmissable offers.I also love how many others discount it as disposable film, just suitable for testing cameras they just bought. I read this thinking "Hmm maybe I missed something," so I had a look through the shots and, nup - still don't like it. In comparison to our earlier C200 Film Review, which was also shot on a bright day, you can see how the grain has increased.
