About this deal
Compared to the ball heads on other massage guns, the flat head was a harder, plastic design, but I found this helped me really work into my tired legs after a half marathon. I’ve only had to contact support twice, and both times, the team had my issue resolved in less than 24 hours.
While the Hypervolt Go 2 isn’t Bluetooth-enabled like some of Hyperice’s other devices, I downloaded the free Hyperice companion app to see the routines they recommended for my device. The Hypervolt Go 2 is equipped with Hyperice’s patented QuietGlide® technology which means a near-silent operation – so your music, podcast, or conversation never has to stop.
During a week of testing, I didn’t need to recharge the massage gun, even after using it for a full 24-minute lower body session from the app. I especially liked how you could pick a routine by the part of the body making it easy to target certain parts of the body.
With a 3-hour battery life, ultra-quiet sessions with QuietGlide technology, and a durable design, it's your ideal on-the-go companion for peak performance and relaxation. Thanks to the three additional plug adapters as supplied, the Hypervolt Go can also be charged with different sockets in other countries without incident.
With that in mind, the Hyperice app is a little disappointing, especially when compared to Therabody. As a former massage gun skeptic, I would say the Hypervolt Go 2 is worth it — especially for regular gym-goers.
