About this deal

And turns out, I also dislike most of the fragrances recommended by a certain YouTuber wearing white suit. Nonetheless, it's fresh, citrus and aquatic, just like the original, with better longevity - 8h to 9h -, projection - 2h - and sillage.

This isn’t a “in your face” or “you smell nice” fragrance, but rather a scent trail that gives a the impression of a clean, harmless dude. The distinguishing factor for me is that it smells kind of leafy, almost like tea leafs - that's juniper, probably. This page should have a part where you can vote whether the frag is aiming to clone or it’s “JUST similar to” another. Clinical oceanic freshness that lasts all day but surprisingly doesn't boom from skin is what you get here, making Light Blue Eau Intense Pour Homme the safe choice for the boyfriend who doesn't like "wearing cologne". I smell sea notes, mandarin oranges mix and it gets a little bitter/woody vibes at the end but I don’t think it’s noticeable to the others. It has a salty-aquatic, juicy citrus, and airy musk type of scent profile that smells much like the original light blue, but has a prominent wet dog or dirty fish tank type of smell up close that I can't get past.

r/fragrance is an inclusive, adult community for discussing finished retail perfumes and other scented personal and home-care products.I will see the performance when the heat will go up: I think it will do very well on hot Italian summers, when you only want to smell fresh (and everything smells heavy and cloying). First off, I'm not getting cat piss, urinal scents, or any other funk from this like several others have. It is slightly salty, but much less like an oceanic note, and more of like sitting by a pool with a slight chlorination. The velvety box, reminiscent of the original, and the bottle's shape with its striking "light blue" hue evokes a sense of refined elegance and summery allure. It's the first flanker that finally almost managed to get close to the original light blue before the formulation change.

I kind of like it, but I can fully understand if someone thinks this is a bit too heavy on that salty thing. Versace Eau Fraiche is very similar but a little bit less musky, more spicy, and brighter - a little bit less chill, more energetic.Everything is fine for the first 2-3hrs, then something bad happens extremely potent and in this case overdose of juniper note dominates the whole fragrance killing it for me, actually making it unwearable for everyday occasions. This is by far one of the best designer fresh scents, which has a unique blend of marine and salty notes with an amazing grapefruit note. The longevity and projection/sillage are both moderate, definitely outdone by Eau Intense, but this is still a worthy addition to the collection for the scent alone. Tangy, sharp, and addictive scents of Lemon and crisp Green Apple meet a wave of glowing, heady Jasmine petals. That sulphur note is definitely there and it smells horrible to me, had to wash the scent off my wrist after half an hour.

I'd pick the original over this any day since I value scent over performance, and the original performs well enough for me. I will wear it on its own and layer it with some of my fragrances depending on how I feel on the day. Also i am spraying them on my girlfriend (she hates it) to test if i go nose blind to them and to see if it feels different on someone else's skin.Initially when I sprayed this the very first time I was hit by a blast of citrus, mainly grapefruit which kinda was disappointing cause am not really fond of grapefruit as a citrus note.
