My brother who is a 212 wearer thinks it is actually stronger than 212 but I think it is lighter due to the no musk to it.To my nose, this starts off too fruity, transititions to a muddy mix that really doesn't go well together and ends in another conflicting combinations of aromas. I honestly believed that over 4 points grade I saw, believing I get a nice scents in a nice bottle, but what a bad idea!
I have been wanting to try Ed Hardy scents for really long, so I got a set of small bottles so I can test them. One the reviewers said her boyfriend loved this and my boyfriend loves my perfumes so i was hoping he like it. I think it's worth smelling for the fact that it was essentially a predictor for all of the current salty fruity woody fragrances that have been coming out.Smells exactly like "fancy" grade canned fruit cocktail, lying in a puddle of heavy syrup, with mushy cubes of unidentifiable fruits punctuated by bright-magenta maraschino cherries. This smells like almost nothing: few undescriptive fruits and flowers, barely smells like a perfume. The fragrance endows her with a risky and unrestrained character, complementing the image of a sweet and purposeful flirt who is used to achieving everything herself. It's quirky and strange, daring and drys down to an aquatic freshness that is miles away from any Nautica or CK flanker, but from an objective point of view I can't give this a thumbs up. It smells just like Sarah Jessica Parker's NYC perfume (a little less musky) mixed with a Philosophy's Clean perfume.
As much as I love it I am growing up so I must give it up as my signature scent,which makes me sad, but I will always wear it from time to time and keep a bottle stashed away.
The fragrance is dedicated to one of the most famous tattoo images - the dagger and the heart, in honor of which it is named.
