Gua Sha: Hold the Gua Sha tool at a 15-degree angle and glide it over your face, following the contours of your cheekbones, jawline, and forehead. We found dabbing both ends onto our temples brought a calming feeling and helped relieve tension headaches while rolling sideways across our cheekbones soothed that area.
