Some of the sports/soccer references went over my head, but the overall main themes are very digestible, and the book is also quite actionable for individuals and teams. I enjoyed the tone of this book and the way that each chapter was a standalone lesson so you can easily pick the book up after time away and not need to 'follow' what was previously discussed. It would be a great for a person who is really sport minded and into sports personalities, but unfortunately I am not that person. He has spoken to audiences worldwide, sharing his insights and wisdom with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and students.
Searingly honest, brave and a fun read, I cannot recommend this book highly enough, truly food for thought.
