About this deal

But if you’re not, it’s hard to compute how to get four or five dishes on the table, all hot or in the right state at the right time. Jeremy Pang's School of Wok is his third cookbook, and it includes a combination of over 80 recipes that can be prepared in minutes. Cookery student Joe Swash is looking to master a quick recipe that still delivers on flavour, and Pang has just the ticket, kung pao chicken. Over the years, Jeremy's expertise in the Chinese food industry has continued to gain him recognition, winning both Rising Young Star and Best Specialist Cookery School at the British Cookery School Awards 2015.

Jeremy will show Joe how to make a new dish each week, helping him on his journey to become a skilled wok master. My Asian cooking ‘must-have’ is definitely the Lee Kum Kee range, which provides unparalleled flavour, quality, and authentic flavours. He completed his Master's degree in biochemical engineering from the University of Bath, England, in 2006. Since then, the School has gone from strength to strength, winning The British Cookery School Awards in 2014, and teaching over 60,000 students the secrets of Asian cuisines. I often hear that Asian food is too complicated to cook in your own home kitchen, but I’m here to show you it’s not,” he says.

In this episode, Pang is exploring the dishes everyone has seen on Asian restaurant menus, but he’s adding some twists to make them extra special.

In 2009, Jeremy decided to follow in his family's footsteps and opened the School of Wok in London - a mobile cookery school which specialises in teaching Eastern cuisine to students.

Along with regular appearances on UK TV shows including: Channel 4's Sunday Brunch and ITV's Ainsley's Food We Love and Nadiya's Family Favourites , Jeremy also recently joined BBC1's Ready, Steady, Cook for the latest series, made his debut talking food on BBC Radio 2 and is a regular panellist on BBC Radio 4's acclaimed The Kitchen Cabinet . Whether you’ve got people over for a games night or an impromptu get-together, our host has the perfect dishes to impress. Jeremy cooks up some delicious meals suitable for a romantic date night, including pork sando with homemade tonkatsu sauce, and an indulgent sticky toffee pudding with a Jeremy Pang twist to take it to the next level.
