Cookery student Joe Swash is looking to master a quick recipe that still delivers on flavour, and Pang has just the ticket, kung pao chicken. Over the years, Jeremy's expertise in the Chinese food industry has continued to gain him recognition, winning both Rising Young Star and Best Specialist Cookery School at the British Cookery School Awards 2015.

Jeremy will show Joe how to make a new dish each week, helping him on his journey to become a skilled wok master. He completed his Master's degree in biochemical engineering from the University of Bath, England, in 2006. In 2009, Jeremy decided to follow in his family's footsteps and opened the School of Wok in London - a mobile cookery school which specialises in teaching Eastern cuisine to students.
