Each of them have roles and each of them have dressed accordingly (though I had a bit of a laugh how the characters who were older were described, I mean Cara just drew some wrinkles on her face that didn’t match at all).i feel like the book played too much into the role of celia and while some ppl might like that, all i read abt was constant criticizing and how pip wouldn't do things her character did or working out the details of celia's life to prove she wasn’t the killer. It was nice, in Kill Joy, to go back to the start and allow Pip, the protagonist, to be a normal kid again, where her mistakes didn’t mean life or death.

Though Kill Joy features the same protagonists who appear in the trilogy—comprising A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (2019), Good Girl, Bad Blood (2020), and As Good as Dead (2021)—the book was an unanticipated add-on to the series, due to its serendipitous raison d’être. Pippa and her friends (not as much as she) find themselves enveloped in the game as they try to work which one (or more?
