As a result, every gin in the range makes use of the same ten classic botanicals; juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peel, lime oil, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, ground nutmeg and liquorice. It emerges in a state so pure that there is no need to artificially demineralise or distill it, giving the gin its gentle bouquet and trademark sensation. It is flavoured with Tuscan juniper, cassia bark, angelica, Florentine orris, coriander, Seville citrus peel, nutmeg, cinnamon and liquorice root. The final piece of the puzzle came from Iceland, where some of the world’s purest water can be found.
