Overall, this new Perfumer’s Choice collection does seem to be truly good quality and value for money, especially as the fragrances last so well and stay true for such a long time. I love the Milton Lloyd but I find the dispenser deposits about 3 times the required amount so you get through them super fast!They make European inspired perfumes in their own facility, allowing them to control the perfume developing process, bottle design and manufacture from start to finish.

The top notes are Lemon and Bergamot; the middle notes are Olive Blossom and Orange Blossom; the base notes are Tonka Bean and Guaiac Wood. Smells a bit like: a massive chypre fragrance, very strong and long lasting – one of those love it or hate it scents, very much in the vein of Gucci Rush.

If you enjoyed this review, I’ve written another article about some of Milton Lloyd’s newest fragrances for women and men. Top notes are lemon, mandarin orange and coriander; middle notes are labdanum, violet leaf and rosemary; base notes are amber, leather and cedar. I ended up with sweet iris, soft woody notes, powdery vanilla ice cream, white chocolate, almond notes, plus a little caramel and praline, and it lasted for well over ten hours (they promise six on the packaging but all their fragrances deliver far longer than that).

Top notes are Orange Blossom, Italian Orange and Bitter Orange; middle notes are Ginger, Jasmine Sambac and Rose; base notes are Honey, Amber and Musk. The only differnce I found was that this copy has a slight alcohol smell at the start which burns off after a minute and leaves the wonderful scent behind.Together with the best global perfumers, they create unique fragrance compositions that they pack in their own factory. The final effect was quite unexpected – in less than an hour it settled into what would best be described as a really good ‘Guerlinade accord’ on my skin, without any screechy fruits or over the top fruitchouli. Again, this fragrance lasted for several hours, at least nine if not longer, and even partly made it through a shower without completely fading. We have an uncompromised commitment to prioritising the perfume oil over branding, advertising and packaging. It actually smells a bit nicer on me than Daisy, and I’ll keep wearing this one through the summer months as it’s pleasant in the heat.
