You certainly don’t need to be a supporter of the Queen or Royal Family (although I am) to read this book, it’s historical detail is very interesting and well worth reading. If you have read Philip, expect quotes from him you’ve already read, the same anecdotes to be retold and to feel a bit disappointed.
