Only 500 copies of the first printing were published, 300 of which were distributed directly to libraries. Dedication with the date November 14, 1997, on the title page from parents to their 7-year-old daughter; below that is the name of the original owner in blue felt-tip pen. Large format red hardback(blue lettering to the spine, small nick on the edges of the cover) in fine condition, with DJ (a couple of small nicks and creases on the edges of the Dj cover) in near fine condition.
