About this deal

It is in the finish a fairly convoluted drama, but the style and everything is very amenable, the education and piratical fun will go down very well, and this will surely remain a decent entrant to this series.

My son and I read this one together and agree that it wasn’t our top favorite InvestiGators book, but we still enjoyed it. This is the funniest book I've read since Alcatraz vs the Evil Librarians, or maybe since the Wretched Waterpark.

When a cruise captain is rescued after his ship goes missing, the coast gourd is suspicious, and the InvestiGators take the job. Now, to start with the actual intrigue is perhaps too deep for this age range book – this is not an old bloke walking around a school in a bedsheet keeping people from finding a treasure.Investigators has become a good new series to look out for and we simply can't wait to continue the story. Can the Mango and Brash unravel this maritime mystery before a second ship befalls a similarly unfathomable fate? In high-intensity colors, straightforward panel artwork by Green (Hippopot­a­mister) offers plenty of slapstick gags to Brash and Mango’s tale.
