I did find some useful tips and interesting points, specially how it is so very important to have the right attitude when solving a problem, but I felt it was little more than optimistic go get it book. Then the question that always comes up for people is, how do I tell the difference between fear and intuition? But it‘s full of recycled ideas, white privilege examples and Tony Robbins-inspired motivational talk. If there weren’t women who believed that we should have the right to vote, and fought for years and decades, we would’ve never had that.It's very hard for me to apply a star rating to this book, because when I imagine any of my friends who struggle with mental health and self worth reading it, I want to give it 1 star. That being said, I won’t say that this will help you to learn how to change your beliefs or change your mindset.

Of course Forleo’s mother had no background in roofing, or anything like that, but she was extremely resourceful, and had an unquenchable desire to figure things out on her own. And truly, all of these meant a lot to me because they stomp out the negative feelings that pop up whenever I’m having trouble writing content for a client whose industry I’m not familiar with. You can reallocate that time to something that is of much higher value to you and to your dreams, and to figuring out whatever that thing is that’s most important to you. I just knew that I wanted to read it, I love everything that she puts out, and so I assumed that it would be something that I would enjoy. Marie Forleo's book is an easy read, quite inspiring, funny at times and with a clear message: you can do anything that you really want, are willing to persist for, and put in a lot of effort to make it happen.The text is interspersed with Marie's own stories, mini exercises, and her followers' tales of triumph when they learned, or remembered, that they too could figure it out and make it work. It's a mindset to help you solve meaningful problems, learn new skills, and find ways to help and contribute to others.
