Simulcast streaming of the OVA episode on Crunchyroll began worldwide (except Asia) on September 25, 2019. At the 4th Crunchyroll Anime Awards in 2020, the second season of the anime also won two awards: Best Animation and Best Opening Sequence for "99. The story follows Shigeo Kageyama, nicknamed Mob, a boy who has strong psychic powers, and his struggles to find the simple happiness he is looking for. While I’m curious if the battles will get better in manga form, since I’m watching the anime, there’s definitely more of Mob’s (and even others) stories to read, and that’ll be worth finding out.Mob Psycho 100 is entirely the work of ONE, and thus is entirely filled with ONE’s more unusual artistic style, complete with occasional references to One-Punch Man. Reigen knows he needs to exploit Shigeo to stay in business, yet for better or worse he's also his mentor and counselor. The jacket illustration was drawn by the anime series character designer and animator Yoshimichi Kameda [ ja]. I truly love the chapter, it makes me ponder on a lot of things especially this dialogue between Lord Dimple and Mob.
