The 100ml bottle of BLEPHASOL® can be kept for up to two months once opened. A small amount of the aqueous MICELLAR solution is applied to a cotton pad and gently wiped onto the eyelid and lash area to remove debris and lift away excess grease without rubbing - this unique cleansing action of Blephasol will even remove eye make-up, including waterproof mascara and eyeliner. A calibrated dose is pumped onto a cotton wool pad and half transferred to a second pad so there is a separate pad for each eye. The pads are then used to gently wipe the eyelid/lash root area of each eye in small circular motions. Leftover Blephagel should be removed with a clean pad.Blephagel cools, cleans, refreshes and soothes eyelids. It is free from preservatives, alcohol(ethanol) and perfumes and so is suitable for most patients including those with sensitive skin. The lotion is very easy to apply. Simply dab some onto a gauze pad or cotton wool bud and apply to the inner part of the lower, inner and upper eyelids, using a separate pad for each eyelid.
