About this deal
It is now official, Lisa will not be returning to work from her maternity leave!π₯Ί she has sent me a message that she has asked me to attach to the end of this post (omg!! Those of you that know me will know I could be here for hours!!!π€¦π»ββοΈππ€£π€£π€£) And of course a huge thank you to my long suffering family that have had to put up with me working long hours and occasionally being grumpy!π€£ Iβd be lost without you!! (Phoebe has become very good at emptying bins and sweeping!ππΌ) All that is left for me to say is that I wish you all a very happy and healthy New Year and look forward to catching up with you all soon!!ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈπ
For those of you who came to see us in the 1st few weeks I would like to say a huge thank you for your patience and understanding as you were kept waiting to be seen. The extra work in maintaining a covid secure salon really does eat into the time but is essential for everybodyβs safety and well-being π· I know for many of you this hasnβt gone unnoticed!π The role of an apprentice is very important in the smooth running of a salon as without one can cause further delays in the stylists being able to work efficiently. For this reason we are now on the hunt for a new enthusiast apprentice who isnβt shy of abit of hard work!!π I honestly thought I wouldnβt leave hair flair AGAIN π I planned on returning to work after my maternity leave, however circumstances have drastically changed in the last year- obviously having baby Riley in November, sadly loosing my mum to covid in January, and because of covid, restrictions were put in place regarding mortgages which meant we were unable to stay local and have now moved to the isle of Sheppey (all jokes welcome and taken in good humour π). We have been overwhelmed by all the lovely cards, gifts and well wishes that we have received for Christmas!! You really have spoilt us!! So on behalf of myself and all the girls a huge THANK YOU!!! We really do appreciate it!π Tomorrow I have decided to have a staff focus day to run through all the Covid safety procedures (and to get our own hair looking good before Tuesday!ππΌπ)
About Flair
Itβs not been great for businesses, but for us it has strengthened the relationships within the salon, not only amongst the staff but also with the clientele (friends). We have all been through so much together and the kindness and support that has been given and received is amazing!!π
I would firstly like to welcome our new apprentice Tiffany! She has been with us for a month now and has fitted in very well so far! I intend on focusing Wednesday afternoons on one to one training with her in the salon so would be extremely grateful for any willing models to let me knowππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππΌ This year has brought through the door a lot of new faces who we wholeheartedly welcome and for those of you who have been loyal customers for many, many years a huge thank you for your continued support!! The 1st being 20% off any hair appointment booked on a Tuesday or Wednesday from now until the end of July!! πππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈWell thatβs it from me right now, just want to say a massive thank you again for your continued support and custom!π₯° For those of you who are popping along for your allergy alert tests tomorrow we will be in the salon from 10am.
