It is Creamy: If you like sweet fragrances with the ability to uplift your mood, you will like Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy perfume. You can spray it on your arm and keep smelling of rich cream as well as a blend of other ingredients all day. Sweet like candy perfume can be described as a kind of marshmallowy cotton candy fragrance especially considering the name. To my nose 'Sweet Like Candy' is not as sweet as Ari. This is also sweet but WAY more subtle. The dark berries are there, not sharp or chemical-smelling, very nicely done. The whipped cream and marshmallow are there too. If you think of dark berries mixed with whipped cream and marshmallows, that's how SLC smells like, without too much added sugar. In a way the name is misleading because Ari is extra sweet - it's literally sweet like candy - so these two perfumes should swap names. 😉 A lot of “limited edition” perfumes are identical to the original scent, just in a different bottle. That is not the case with this one.Sweet Like Candy would be the younger more innocent sister, while the limited edition would be the older more sultry sister. While the original is more subtle and closer the the skin, I personally find the limited edition to be a little bit more pronounced and not so subtle. I find the limited edition to be a little sweeter because of the red berries and the amber note. So when I opened it up and the box said Limited edition, i thought " Weird, I'm pretty sure its not..oh well"

Reach for this fragrance whenever you are going out or you need a scent that can last throughout the night. I'm not sure how I feel about the bottle though, the soft pink is much prettier than the brash red but hey it's not really the bottle that i bought it for. I saw her Thank U, Next fragrance commercial and I'm assuming her fanbase are high schoolers, and young people, and that's what her fragrance line is marketed towards..The name doesn't make a ton of sense to me, as it doesn't really scream "candy"; this fragrance is more fresh & fruity sweet, rather than an almost-edible sweetness. On me the strongest and longest notes are the berries, which last throughout the fragrance's wear. The sugar water that I guess is meant to be pear and the bergamot is fairly developed too, which gives the fragrance some energy over the original Sweet Like Candy. The fragrance itself is very similar to the original, but I actually find it's bolder with better longevity( then again, it is a tester) I get at least 4-5 hours before it mellows down to a skin scent. Its sweeter than the OG without that sharp fresh note; which i like so i wish it had more of that. It is suitable for all skin types: You can spray it on your pulse points without any issue. It even makes a difference when used on your skin. Not only is it creamier, it is smoother, and smells softer. Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy perfume lasts long enough to ensure that you do not need to regularly replace it. You will definitely like having it around. Do not be fooled by the pink and frilly look of it. Anyone can wear Ariana Grande Sweet Like Candy Perfume on a daily basis or to whatever outdoor activity that needs attending. It is ideal for teenagers as well. SCENT: I really loved the original sweet like candy scent since it was really fruity, fun and flirty and this one just used the same thing then probably added a subtle berry hint to it. I was expecting kind of a darker version of sweet like candy like more masks and probably a hint of alcohol. 7/10
