About this deal

The appropriately purple-coloured Skelivore forms prehistoric saurian weaponry for Megatron, linking two generations of 'cons. They're in good hands. Disclosure: This action figure was provided by Hasbro as part of a Kingdom unboxing event. BWTF thanks Hasbro for its generosity. The first two chapters in the War for Cybertron series introduced the idea of Weaponizers and Modulators, characters who could break apart to form accessories for other Transformers figures. This play pattern was largely dependent on the 5mm port/peg system and gave the designers a chance to feature characters like Brunt and Powerdasher Zetar as individual releases on the Deluxe scale. The Kingdom version of this play pattern are the Fossilizers. These Transformers characters feature unique, skeletal beast modes and some very alien looking robot modes. So far all of the Fossilizers have been new characters including Paleotrex.

Paleotrex's main plastic colors are dark brown and dark beige. These colors are meant to lean into the "fossil" color but he also has a lot of brown paint used in both spray ops and washes that you do not often see on Transformers figures. The eyes are painted yellow and the chest has a purple Predacon symbol in the middle. This may not sound like a terribly interesting deco but I love it. The blending of colors is really impressive and there is something very "ancient" looking about him. By its nature, the Generations line relies heavily on new interpretations of G1 characters. Now and then it goes beyond G1 paying homage to lines such as Armada. However it is exceedingly rare for the line to introduce brand new characters into the Transformers line. Paleotrex is one of these exceptions (as are all the Fossilizers revealed so far). F. Now you’ll wanna take the hip joints from Wingfinger and attach them to the pegs found on Paleotrex’s left shoulder, or the part that forms the tail in T-rex mode. For each leg, attach the robot forearms/hands to the robot lower legs. Then attach these legs to the sides of the main body. K. Grab the lower legs from Wingfinger and plug them into the hands from the same toy to form shoulders.

Combine the base part of the tail with the right side shoulder "blade" (ha ha, I just got the pun as I was typing this) to form a long handled axe weapon. Due to having tiny feet and a very oddly proportioned body in robot mode, the figure can be difficult to pose without it falling over, not helped by the fact that their "ankle" tilts are actually positioned just below their knees. I don't have an issue with Go-Bots or Gundam cause those things have nothing to do with Power Ranger. And that's actually partly why I say keep the hell away from Transformers. If they start having crossovers… I might possibly end up selling off my entire collection of Transformers… Or trying to anyway… I still have some Power Rangers stuff I haven't been able to sell. I keep it in storage out of my sight and only get something out if I'm about to ship it off to someone. All the morphers and role play weapons Donald had have been sold off already. Most of the Zords are gone. All that's left after that is a few little figures that I'm not sure are even in good enough to condition to be worth anything. I think the pegs are broken on the Dragon Shield and White Ranger shields so they don't even stay on anymore. I don't even know where most of the accessories even are for those figures. Hasbro PulseCon 2020 revealed a poster that shows off what was possibly an early version of the Kingdom line. Of note, the poster features a very different robot mode for Ractonite compared to the actual toy and a mostly purple Vertebreak, as well as two unique Fossilizers (a Smilodon and a crocodilian of some kind) that didn't appear anywhere else. Gears and Polar Claw, two characters not included in the actual line, are also present in the artwork. Use this Deluxe Predacon Fossilizer figure to beastify other figures with epic bone weapons and armor! (Each sold separately, subject to availability)

Like all Kingdom Deluxe figures, Paleotrex comes with a Golden Disk card that " reveals a possible destiny of a key character", with each character having three possible destiny variants. Turning Paleotrex into weapons is mostly an exercise in imagination. Take the figure apart as you would during the transform (including pulling the head out) and you have a few potential weapons right off the bat: Oh my gawd that's annoying! Also that's far less of a rant then the one I did. I only listened to this song for a few seconds and I already hate it. It doesn't make any sense, it just repeats the same nonsense over and over again, WHY IS THIS A THING?! Starting in August 2020 and extending through the toyline's run, various photos of toys were leaked to the public, along with many online store listings, unofficially revealing much of the toyline.

Ok first see above. Second. Bandai America is not a completely separate company that would violate international copy right laws considering they use the same name, the same logo, and for the most part sell the same products… with a few exceptions which is only because toy safety laws in America are completely different than toy safety standards in Japan. It's the same company just a different branch of that company. Any completely separate company using their name and likeness illegally would be sued in a heart beat. E. Take the Pterodactyl head minus the head crest from Wingfinger and attach it to the hole normally used on Paletrotrex for his chest plate to form a tail. All six parts combine into a non-converting figure that stands about a head taller than the Beast Wars Deluxe Class molds with which its components were included. They have no action features and only limited articulation... but the simple fact that such a deliberately non-toyetic character featured in only one episode even got a toy is itself an extraordinary occurrence. Your fine just please don't push it any further. I mean I can't stop you from having your own opinion. If you want to continue to discuss that stuff with other people who actually share your interests, all I ask is not to quote me or tag me in those posts so I don't get notifications sent to me about it.Trust me, I have something that I absolutely HATE due to teasing in Elementary School. That is " Michael Finnegan". The constant teasing and taunting has caused me to HATE anyone who references that song. It PLAGUES me to this day. If I wasn't teased and taunted by that song. In fact, it has been hard to make friends due to that song. Sorry. for this sounding rant-like. Due to having tiny feet and a very oddly proportioned body in robot mode, the figure can be difficult to pose without it falling over, not helped by the fact that his "ankle" tilts are actually positioned just below his knees. N. Now there is a port inside the upper roof of the mouth, Grab the crest from Wingfinger and plug it in to form the robot’s head and face. O. Take both halves of the robot and just plug them together using the peg found on Ractonite’s robot mode head, to form the waist of the combiner. and you are finished.
