About this deal

Stacey says: "Around our house, when the elf comes out, you know it’s the beginning of Christmas. This year, Joe and I made elves that look like us! I can guess which one the kids will like best…" Essential Equipment [Makes One Elf] Stacey says : "Rexxy loves messy play and this kept him occupied for an hour. He didn’t leave the table. He’s three years old and his attention span is questionable, but he loved making these." Essential Equipment

Dilly says: " Soy wax is environmentally friendly and clean burning, meaning less soot. Soy wax also burns much slower than paraffin so the candle will last longer. Win-win!" Essential Equipment [Makes Four]Cut approximately 40 pieces of yarn for each hat you plan to make. The yarn should be about 30cm long. Bake at 150°C for 3-4 minutes to melt the chocolate. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn. Heat your wax to 80 degrees centigrade. Once it’s clear, it’s ready to use. If you find the wax has reached 80 centigrade and still contains unmelted wax then do not continue to heat it, just place the jug safely on a table and gently stir the wax until it dissolves. Stacey says: " You can buy decorated chocolate slabs in the shops but they can be quite expensive. I thought, they’re really nice gifts, and we can make our own! Cheap chocolate bars, couple of little toppings... Bob’s your uncle!" Essential Equipment and Ingredients

Cut kitchen towel tube into 2cm strips. Don’t worry if they flatten while you are working with them, they will take better shape later on. Cut one strip for each hat you plan to make. Slide the baubles down the metal wire one-by-one, making sure you alternate the colours and, more importantly, the sizes. The smaller baubles will fill in the spaces between the bigger baubles, making the wreath look full. You can design your own baubles for a variety of events, whether it's your baby's first Christmas, your anniversary, or just toexpress your gratitudethis Christmas. Personalised photo baubles make such perfect gifts because they capture the festive holiday spirit while offeringa luxurious finish thatenhancesyourfondestmemories. When you create custom baubles, they will last for years and years to come.Place the polystyrene ball on a skewer, and paint with a coat of paint for the skin. Leave it to dry. Next, paint two white eyes on the ball and leave to dry. Measure out the wax. The easiest way to do this is to measure it using the teacups that you will be using as moulds: 2x teacups full of wax flakes = 1 finished teacup candle. Using a piece of yarn, tie a loop around the loose strands to pull them together in the shape of a hat. Wrap the yarn around twice and tie tight. Carefully place your leftover cupboard ingredients and sweet treats on top to create a fun design while the chocolate is wet. Take one piece of yarn at a time. Fold the thread in half so you have a small loop at the top. Hold the loop to the edge of your cardboard slip, and feed both ends of the thread around and through the loop to create a knot.
