Essential Equipment [Makes Four]Cut approximately 40 pieces of yarn for each hat you plan to make. The yarn should be about 30cm long. Bake at 150°C for 3-4 minutes to melt the chocolate. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn’t burn. Heat your wax to 80 degrees centigrade. Once it’s clear, it’s ready to use. If you find the wax has reached 80 centigrade and still contains unmelted wax then do not continue to heat it, just place the jug safely on a table and gently stir the wax until it dissolves. Cut kitchen towel tube into 2cm strips. Don’t worry if they flatten while you are working with them, they will take better shape later on. Cut one strip for each hat you plan to make.
