About this deal

The monitor can display 1.07 billion colors and can reproduce 107% of the sRGB as well as 84% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, which is slightly better color reproduction than most other monitors based on a Fast IPS panel. In addition, the LCD is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified, so it also supports HDR10 transport. Last but not least, the monitor supports various gaming modes as well as the so-called Night Vision technology that enhances dark scenes. However, while Anti Motion Blur is active, the screen’s maximum brightness is reduced, and you cannot use it at the same time as FreeSync/G-SYNC.

To defend the XG270 Vs XV273X, both reviewed by Rtings, is needed to say that whit XG270 only show 8 bits in this test. That is realy very unfair !! and leads people to think that XG270 can't do 8 + FRC in terms of perfomance, this monitor delivers. However, i'm willing to trade a slightly less response time for srgb mode, better stand, etc because at this low of a response time, it's really imperceptible (especially among other 240hz monitors). As far as the cable question, I have no clue which would be better, as I have no clue what version HDMI the PS4Pro shipped with. That said, just a personal opinion thing here that I never use any cable that "comes" with anything. Companies are bean counters and bottom liners. They include a cable from a company that simply gave them the best deal during negotiations, and to pull that off that company HAD to cut some corners, and/or you can be guaranteed (IMO) its not a world class level cable. And when cables are so cheap now, I just wonder why not buy new ones that you know for sure what the version and brand is. all of the things i've said is SOOOOO sbutle that the ONLY way anyone here would notice is if they have two 240hz monitors side by side.So there will be two degrees of freedom that we have on the screen. The first of these, of course, is the possibility of vertical movement in a fairly wide range of 130 mm thanks to the integrated hydraulic mechanism. The bottom edge frame is physical and measures about 2.3mm, also very tight compared to other monitors. So... even if I play around 160~fps you suggest to always use 280 HZ with 80 overdrive? for best compromise? we talking here about competive fps shooter games. I do not think I need ELMB with 280hz, elmb shows visible ghosting on ufo's test, which I didn't see them without ELMB, and the motion blur was still fine. I play FPS titles and as you said the MSI actually is better for games bellow 200 fps, so why you still suggest Asus in that case? MSI Optix MAG251RX review now, we will analyze the calibration characteristics of the MSI Optix MAG251RX, verifying that the manufacturer’s technical parameters are met.

But I'll do it if it will help you help me get this monitor to where it should be (due to variances of panels, etc.) We only have the strict 3 mm physical frame to contain the screen, adding the 5 mm of the frame integrated into the image panel. Asus TUF VG279qm/VG259qm--> 280hz>>>>240hz. Although a 4ms g2g average, elmb-sync and +40hz mitigate motion blur(which is the sole purpose of having a low g2g average). A side by side video will confirm this. it's the fastest monitor in the world right now. Faster than even the fastest TN The maximum number of colors, which the display is able to reproduce, depends on the type of the panel in use and color enhancing technologies like FRC.
