Hi there, I’m excited to share my review of the Cobra MX3440V cordless lawn mower. I recently had the chance to try out this battery-powered mower, and I was impressed by its convenience and eco-friendliness compared to traditional petrol mowers. With a 34cm cutting width, 35L grass bag capacity, and 7 adjustable cutting heights, the Cobra MX3440V is perfect for my small to medium-sized garden. Its 40V lithium-ion battery provides up to 30 minutes of run-time, and its lightweight design makes it easy to manoeuvre. In this Cobra MX3440V review, I’ll share my thoughts on its features, performance, and overall value for money. Main Features Oh, and the results are great, too. It cuts evenly and the grass box does a great job of collecting (nearly) every blade. At 50 litres, it’s a reasonable size that doesn’t need to be emptied every two minutes. Our lawn is fairly flat and the Cobra MX41-40V was lightweight enough to push along without breaking a sweat. There’s a small but steep slope at one end, which would have benefited from self-propelled drive, but I managed fine (get the MX46S-40V if your garden is seriously hilly).

Another feature that comes in handy is a power indicator on the handle. This will alert you when the battery is nearly flat. Power Source A lot of people are put off cordless mowers in the belief that they will run out of time long before the lawn is mowed. Thankfully, that won’t ever be the case with this Cobra MX4140V since it comes with a powerful 4.0Ah 40v Samsung battery that will give you as long as 30-40 minutes of cutting time per charge. And even in the worst case scenario when you do happen to run out of power, you’ll only need to wait 90 minutes for it to fully recharge. A fast charger is available from Cobra that will reduce the charge time down significantly if you simply can’t wait the 90 minutes to fully charge the battery.Those that want a 41cm cutting width cordless mower that is lightweight and easy to manoeuvre around the garden. Another leading option for battery mulching lawn mower is the Cobra MX4140V. It has a 41cm cut width and a 40V battery. This makes it ideal for small gardens. You get a decent run time of 30 to 40 minutes. Another benefit is that the battery is interchangeable with other Cobra equipment in the same range.
