MADE WITH YOU IN MIND: Includes a bottle opener and four hooks to hang utensils. Easy-to-clean with removable grill plates and ash pan. I also appreciated the built-in thermometer. When using the BBQ, we got the temperature up to 220°C and our food was perfectly cooked.

I do have to mention one small flaw though. The cooking area is a good few inches wider than the charcoal tray on each side. This means that the very edges of the cooking area don’t get as hot. Given that the cooking area is large, this won’t cause a problem most of the time. But, if you’re cooking to capacity, it might be noticeable.

I found this BBQ extremely easy to use and I’m confident that I would still feel this way even if cooking for multiple people. First of all, when you turn on your grill, the hood will make it reach cooking temperatures much faster. It also allows you to not only grill cook, but also bake or roast it.These are tent-like pieces of metal that sit under the grate over each burner and they’re very important. Regarding the issue with the lid not closing correctly on uneven ground, we highly recommend placing the BBQ on flat ground for the best performance, if any further issues with alignment occur do get in touch so we can look into this and provide a suitable solution. Trying to get it lit, waiting for it to heat up and when your party ends you’re left with a pile of ashes you need to clean up while your clothes have that typical smoke stink. We're truly sorry to hear about the issue you encountered with your BBQ. This is certainly not the experience we expect our valued customers to have with our products. But first, what are your options? One of my favourite things about this BBQ was how easy it was to control the temperature. You can change the cooking temperature by adjusting the height of the charcoal tray. This can be raised or lowered using a crank handle. Raising it will bring the charcoal closer to the food and increase the cooking temperature. Lowering it will decrease the cooking temperature. TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Eight stainless steel burners with combined power of 27.7 kW, that can be individually ignited and adjusted via the sleek rotary controls. The barbecue reaches over 350℃ making it perfect to grill skewers, lamb shoulder, ribs and much more.
