About this deal

Hypnôse Homme by Lancôme, released in 2007, is an Eau de Toilette designed primarily for men. With its prominent sweet and spicy notes, this fragrance brings an oriental touch to your collection, adding warmth and depth to the overall scent profile.

Oriental: These perfumes smell like spices and incense. Typical oriental notes include vanilla, myrrh, and musk. Fans of oriental scents will like these Lancome perfumes: Eau de parfums have a large concentration of perfume oil versus other ingredients, typically fifteen to twenty percent. This means they have stronger sillage and longer longevity than Eau de toilettes. Lancome Eau de parfums include: For pragmatists or people with a collection of < 10 perfumes, this is an outdated, mid-range, designer fragrance, and there are just so many more modern and better workhorses out there. The better perform, more pleasing, easier to wear. This is a nice fragrance if you find it for a nice price. Has some nice ideas and the overall smell is pleasant but it's cheap materials make me nauseated sometimes, specially the opening.By the way, there is another EdT, which I think is very similar to Hypnosis: "Horizon Man" by Esprit. I matched it from memory, but verified it with perfume. Largest note: Lavender. Imagine spaffing the cost of La Nuit de l'Homme and then realising that Lancome created a fragrance that was in a way similar but you could smell, and lasted a nominal 9-5 shift. Well similar in the sense that they have that smooth ambery spice , lavender and cardamom. But this just reminds me of a very sophisticated airport departure lounge whereas the YSL just did not have any lasting impression ( maybe because it often left after introducing itself like a shy painfully socially awkward party guest). I really don't understand why Lancome only have tis one fragrance for men, they really could a couple more as this has a classic impression that's masculine without veering toward 'macho'.

Hypnôse to describe is really not so easy, but I'll give it a try: first push cardamom and tangerine ahead, in addition, parallel clearly recognizable the mint, without this seems too dominant. With it a good swing lavender, which fits in wonderfully. The fresh notes in this blend tame the warmer, spicy oriental tones, lending this scent a great deal of versatility. While traditional orientals are considered winter and evening wear, the freshness lightens the impression, making this option suitable for warmer weather also. Bergamot, cardamom, mandarin and mint are among the top of this particular parfum. These are replaced by a middle note of lavender. The journey summits with a base of amber, musk and patchouli. (Patchouli, Pogostemon cablin, is a flowering plant closely related to mint. However, its smell is very strong and earthy.) Lancôme Fragrances: Price UKApropops, he has a lot in common with those two. To be exact, with both bergamot, lavender, cardamom, amber, and with Le Male the additional mint!

Petitjean dies at the age of 84. Before he passes away, he expresses happiness at having “lived enough for three lifetimes.” Eau de toilettes have a small concentration of perfume oil versus other ingredients, typically five to fifteen percent. This means they have lighter sillage and shorter longevity than Eau de parfums. Lancome Eau de toilettes include: However, Horizon somehow plays in a different league, is from my memory simply a cheaper entry-level scent. Like a teen version of Hypnosis. This was made to be worn at night. I tend to wear it on a dinner or a night out, but this isn't that strong to be considered as a good clubing fragrance. It's just a cheap fragrance that has nice ideas but on a budget. In this phase, Hypnôse Homme acts almost as strong as a concentrate, ggfs. already a little overdone as the flacon. Here, the content alternates between light fruitiness and tart spicy notes that go shallowly into the synthetic. I would even say slightly unapproachable, which is probably also the reason that after several tests I let him get dusty in the cupboard for years, and poor "Andi136" had to wait until now for my review.

After years of struggle, Lancome establishes a perfume production plant, called the “Versailles de la Parfumerie,” in Chevilly Larue, France.
