The Kyocera ECOSYS P2040dw looks and feels well put together and it has obvious strengths. There are few laser printers that can beat it for speed or image resolution. It is compact and although the initial cost is high, the long term cost is lowered by its efficient use of toner and long life components. But despite the 1,200dpi resolution, we found the print quality was merely average and rather too pale when it came to photos and mixed image documents to compete with similarly priced laser printers. Software without the prior written permission of Licensor. Any unauthorized deviation from this condition will result in automatic termination of the Agreement. Poskytovatel i držitel licence mohou ukončit tuto smlouvu prostřednictvím výpovědi s čtrnáctidenní (14) výpovědní lhůtou. Po převodu je držitel licence povinen okamžitě zničit všechny kopie softwaru nebo jeho částí, včetně jakýchkoli změněných nebo upravených kopií nebo jejich částí. To platí také pro všechny záložní kopie.

This license and Licensee’s right to use the Software and/or Documentation terminate automatically if Licensee is in breach of any term of this Agreement. Printerland cannot match the price where a manufacturer or distributor sells directly to the public

Licensee may copy and use this document for its internal, reference purposes. The Documentation is provided to Licensee for Licensee's own use and not for re-sale. Poskytovatel licence uděluje držiteli licence licenci k používání jedné kopie softwaru na jednom nebo více počítačích připojených k originální tiskárně, kopírce nebo multifunkčnímu zařízení „KYOCERA“. Používáním se rozumí jakékoli trvalé nebo dočasné používání softwaru a zahrnuje ukládání, načítání, instalaci, spouštění nebo zobrazování. Software nesmí být používán na žádném jiném hardwaru, pokud takové použití není povoleno na základě samostatné licenční smlouvy.

All relations between Licensor and Licensee shall be deemed to have been fully governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, the application of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) being excluded.

This license does not affect any further obligations of Licensee normally owed in the course of business.

Poskytovatel licence nenese vůči držiteli licence odpovědnost, na základě smlouvy, deliktu ani jinak, za jakýkoli: Licensor’s total liability to Licensee for breach of this Agreement or tort is limited to the license fee paid by the Licensee for the Software and/or the Documentation. Parties agree that Licensor has no liability for incidental or consequential damages i.e. loss of profits, loss of savings, or loss caused by interruption of operations.

Licensee may not decompile the Software except and only to the extent that such activity is expressively permitted by law. Licensee may not alter any brand names, serial numbers or other characteristics identifying the Software or any other legal information.Držitel licence je povinen zkontrolovat, zda software nemá zjevné vady. Zjevnou vadou se rozumí vada, která je zjevná průměrnému držiteli licence. Pokud poskytovatel licence není o takových vadách vyrozuměn do 14 dnů od stažení softwaru, záruka zaniká. This Agreement governs the contractual relation between Licensor and Licensee with regards to the contractual obligation established by this license. There are no further agreements. Any prior contracts or agreements are null and void upon acceptance of this Agreement.
